The Case IH RB 454 Series Round Baler packs more of your valuable crop into a weather-resistant and edible package for your cows. This baler’s pickup gently gathers as many nutrition-packed leaves as possible using more tines – from 72-128 depending on the model. These tines pick up wide windrows and eliminate the need for gathering wheels to fill the bale chamber’s sides for firm, square-shouldered bales. The pickup’s forward location allows you to see windrows feeding and the hand crank raises for convenient transport.
The RB 454 offers many other standard features, including a continuous-run PTO so you won’t have to disengage the PTO to eject a bale. Just some of the other features include a full-bale alarm, spring-loaded bale ramp, tailgate latch indicator, in-cab guidance, and a bale counter. Springs and hydraulics maintain bale density (RB 444 is spring only); applying less pressure at the start of the bale and increasing the pressure as the bale gets larger for a dense, weather-resistant outer shell and a core that’s easy to shred or feed. The RB 454 is also available in a Silage or Roto Cutter Silage version.

New Holland - BR7060 & 7070 Series
The two models in the New Holland Roll-Belt™ baler range can be specified to suit different operations. Both produce a 1.20m-wide bale with a maximum bale diameter of up to 4’11”(1.5m) on the BR7060 and up to 5’10”(1.8m) on the BR7070. Both models use the unique bale formation system, using rollers and belts designed to produce bales of excellent appearance whether you’re baling straw, hay or silage.
The BR7060 and BR7070 can be specified with either a 2-meter or 2.30 meter XtraSweep™ pick-up. The 2-meter version features a two-stage fork feeder, while the XtraSweep™ version boasts the SuperFeed™ II rotor type feeder or CropCutter™ II feeder. Both models are available with the Bale Command Plus™ system, giving you the option of twine or net wrapping.

Vermeer - 605 Super M Baler
The 605 Super M Baler from Vermeer is built durable with rugged pickup teeth, a 1-3/4”(4 cm) cross drive, and 2-7/16”(6 cm) triple lip idler bearings to withstand tough conditions and help control contamination. These pickups are made to withstand tough crops and terrain with heavy-gauge pickup teeth built onto split the bars with center support and heavy semi-pneumatic gage wheels that help protect the pickups from damage. The DCF (Direct Crop Feed) pickup design takes the crop directly from the pickup to the bale chamber without a secondary roto or stuffer.
The Super M ensures consistent bales as a result of the optional monitoring system which displays the weight and estimated moisture of each bale while a middle belt sensor projects bale shape. The dual-stage bale chamber reduces the chamber by 50%, giving you faster starts in the field.
