Need help moving those large hay bales? Fast Hay Movers has the solution! Large round hay bales can now be transported using an ATV/UTV safely, easily and quickly.
Lonnie Fast of West Virginia created the patented “Hay Baby” out of personal need to move hay quickly and efficiently and without creating devastating turn ruts caused by his tractor. Presented with the need to move even larger bales, caused him to enhance the hay machine to include the “Hay Mama” and the “Hay Papa”. These have heavier steel and are equipped with a higher rated winch and axle.
This is the “Hay Moving Family”!
The “Hay Papa” can transport bales 6x5 and the “Hay Mama” can transport bales as large as 5x5.
A non-pivoting device makes backing into small spaces a piece of cake. The wheelbase is wider than that of any ATV/UTV making it safer on steep grades. They are also designed to carry the majority of the load, which places minimal weight on the suspension of the ATV/UTV.
All three are built with industrial grade parts and require very little maintenance. You can safely lift and transport round hay bales of almost any size from the driver’s seat, which makes the process quick and easy. The quick connect winch on the handle bars can be operated with the touch of a button.
The Hay Family can be attached to most ATV/UTVs of 400cc or higher with a ball hitch or factory receiver. (For larger bales heavier ATV/UTVs are required.) Attaching these to an ATV/UTV is many times more fuel-efficient than standard farming equipment. The compact size with our “attach and remove” design makes for easy storage.
