Neogen Offers New Vet Sleeve Designed for Women

LEXINGTON — Neogen has added veterinary sleeves designed specifically for women to its comprehensive line of quality veterinary care products. A portion of the proceeds from sales of the new PolyPetite sleeves will be donated to the Markey Cancer Foundation.
The new pink PolyPetite sleeve combines the quality of Neogen’s Ag-Tek products with a smaller cut to better fit women. The new sleeve is 36 inches long, 1.25 mil thick, and cut slimmer, especially through the arm and shoulder area.

“With the increasing number of women involved in the veterinary care of large animals, it just makes sense to design products specifically for them. Women shouldn’t have to settle for products that are designed to fit men,” said Neogen’s Andi Branstetter. “We at Neogen are also thrilled to support the critically important work of cancer research. This effort is an additional way that we can contribute to the cure.”

Neogen’s comprehensive line of Ag-Tek veterinary gloves and apparel includes disposable protective wear for the full spectrum of veterinary care needs. For more information, visit Neogen’s Web site at

Neogen will donate 10% of the proceeds from sales of the PolyPetite sleeves to the Markey Cancer Foundation, supporting the work of University of Kentucky’s Markey Cancer Center. The center’s overall mission is to eliminate the morbidity and mortality of cancer through a comprehensive program of research, education, clinical care and community outreach. Each year the Markey Cancer Center evaluates and treats 1,300 - 1,500 new cancer patients plus 5,000 - 6,000 returning cancer patients and survivors.
